By creating an account or using any part of the Lux Auction platform, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced here.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Lux Auction provides three transaction flows: fixed-price marketplace listings, timed auctions, and concierge requests. All listings must accurately describe the item. Sellers are responsible for the authenticity and condition of items listed. Bids placed in auctions are binding.

Certain services may be subject to fees. Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with reasonable notice.

Payments for purchases are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, or the applicable inspection period expires. Escrow protects both buyers and sellers and is a core part of how Lux Auction operates.

• Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items.
• Items that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Shill bidding, bid manipulation, or any form of fraud.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users.

We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disagreements directly. If that is not possible, Lux Auction provides a dispute resolution process. We may review evidence from both parties and make a final determination at our discretion.

Lux Auction facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the sale itself. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees collected for the relevant transaction. We do not guarantee the outcome of any auction, sale, or dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
