Every transaction on Lux Auction is backed by our buyer protection programme. From payment to delivery, we are committed to making your purchase as safe as possible.
Escrow Payments
When you buy an item, your payment is held securely in escrow. The seller does not receive the funds until you confirm receipt and satisfaction, or the inspection period expires. This ensures you are never paying without protection.
Delivery & Pickup Confirmation
For shipped orders, tracking information is shared with both parties. For in-person pickups, both buyer and seller confirm the handover through the platform. Either way, escrow is only released after confirmation.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong — the item is not as described, damaged in transit, or does not arrive — you can open a dispute from your order page. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and works toward a fair outcome, which may include a full or partial refund from escrow.
Verified Sellers
Look for the Verified badge when browsing. Verified sellers have passed identity and business checks, giving you an extra layer of confidence. Learn more on our Verified Sellers page.
